Playing Toys

Why toy are so imperative.

Puppies are very easy to imprint at this age,

they are eager to learn,

and we want to teach them, early.

Toy Rat Terriers, are VERY SMART.

I begin with all kinds of toys, soft, squeaky, crinkly, and much more.

Each one has a favorite.

We let you know when they go home what they like,

and usually send them home with their favorite toy.

Since Rat Terriers, naturally like to chase,

we begin working on.

fetch, we throw, and retrieve. they watch the older dogs.

It can be fascinating what they pick up from Mom or Auntie.

We found they like to chase the ball,

bringing back is a little harder,

we teach this with a reward,
sometimes it is a just a atta boy,

and others it is a treat,
the puppy never knows,
so it makes the game

fun for the puppy

and exciting every time.
